We spell it that way on purpose...
"Realty" is paperwork. Reality is real homes, real neighborhoods, and real results. My dad and I built this business together — and I've been in it since I was 19, when I bought my first house, lived in it while I fixed it up, and learned the business by actually doing the deals. By 22, I'd taken on my first flip; today it's one of our rentals.
That's the reality behind Waits Reality: a father-and-son team that doesn't just talk real estate — we've been in it ourselves, deal by deal.
